90 Day Gutsy Guarantee

TWC India Private Limited ("TWC India") is confident that Gutsy products can contribute to improved gut health when combined with consistent use and personalized guidance. We offer a 90-Day Gutsy Guarantee ("Guarantee") to eligible customers who meet the following criteria:

1. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Purchase: Purchase a 90-day pack of Gutsy sachets (90 sachets) from www.gutsy.care. This offer is not valid for purchases made through other retailers or marketplaces.
  • Consistent Use: Consume one Gutsy sachet daily at the same time of day for 90 consecutive days.
  • Gut Expert Consultations: Complete at least three (3) consultations with a Gutsy certified Gut Expert ("Gut Expert") within the 90-day period. The initial consultation must be completed within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Adherence to Advice: Demonstrate consistent effort in following the personalized lifestyle and dietary recommendations provided by the Gut Expert. This includes, but is not limited to, dietary modifications, exercise suggestions, stress management techniques, and any other advice deemed relevant by the Gut Expert.

2. Guarantee Conditions:

  • Documentation: Maintain a detailed log of daily Gutsy consumption, including date and time. This log must be presented to the Gut Expert during consultations and upon claiming the Guarantee.
  • Consultation Records: Ensure all consultations with the Gut Expert are documented, including the expert's recommendations and your progress in implementing them.
  • Honest Reporting: Accurately report any changes in health, lifestyle, or other relevant factors to the Gut Expert during consultations.

3. Claiming the Guarantee:

  • Final Consultation: Schedule a final consultation with the Gut Expert upon completion of the 90-day program. The final consultation must be completed within 105 days of the purchase date.
  • Expert Evaluation: The Gut Expert will review your consumption log, consultation records, and overall progress to assess your adherence to the Guarantee conditions.
  • Refund Approval: If the Gut Expert determines that you have met all the eligibility criteria and demonstrated a genuine effort to improve your gut health through consistent product use and adherence to expert advice, they will approve your refund request.
  • Refund Processing: Upon approval by the Gut Expert, TWC India will process your refund within 14 business days to the original payment method used for the 90-day pack purchase.

4. Exclusions:

The Guarantee does not cover:

  • Individual Results: Individual results may vary. This Guarantee does not guarantee specific health outcomes.
  • Non-Compliance: Failure to meet any of the eligibility criteria or conditions will void the Guarantee.
  • Misrepresentation: Providing false information or misrepresenting your efforts will void the Guarantee.
  • Adverse Reactions: Any adverse reactions or health complications experienced while using Gutsy products should be reported immediately to a healthcare professional. The Guarantee does not cover costs associated with medical treatment or complications.

5. General Terms:

  • Fair Usage: TWC India reserves the right to refuse a refund if it suspects any fraudulent activity, abuse of the Guarantee, or intent to unfairly benefit from this offer.
  • Policy Changes: TWC India may update this Guarantee Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website www.gutsy.care.
  • Governing Law: This Guarantee Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
