This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from TWC India Private Limited ("TWC India") through the website www.gutsy.care. TWC India manufactures and sells products under the brand Gutsy within India. The Gutsy brand is owned by The Wellbeing Collective (TWC) Ltd, a UK-based company ("TWC UK").

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Returns Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • You received the wrong product: If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened or used: Unless they are damaged or defective.

  • Sale items: Items that were purchased on sale or at a discounted price.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gutsy.care with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong product.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. 

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and receive a replacement or refund.
